Personal information
At times, we may ask you to supply personal information via the www.mychoicepad.com website. Personal information is anything that enables us to identify you in some way, such as your name and an email address. We may also receive information about you from third parties, for example from a friend who wants to tell you about the site.
If you supply such information, we are legally bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure that such information is only used for the purpose for which it was requested and also to ensure that the data is held securely.
Personal information provided to or gathered by Insane Logic Limited for transaction purposes will only be used by Insane Logic Limited and our financial agents to process your order and retain a record of that transition.

We may collect and record information in order for us to understand more about how our site and our app MyChoicePad is used and in turn to make sure that the site and the app reflects your needs. To do this we may send cookies on the website or use analytics software in our app to your computer or mobile device. We use a piece of software called Flurry Analytics in our app. This tracks how long the app was used, where and how but does not store any personal data. We may use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us. We also use this information to prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website.
A cookie is a small file that contains information that allows us to recognise that you have used the site before, but will not contain any other personal data.
If you do not want cookies to be stored on your computer it is possible to disable this function within your browser without affecting your navigation around the site.

Survey
Occasionally we may ask you to fill in questionnaires or surveys while online. The data collected by the questionnaire or survey will only be used for the purpose stated on the form. You may also be given the opportunity to add your address details to our databases so we can contact you in the future. We will only use this information to contact you if you expressly give us permission to do so.
Confidentiality
The MyChoicePad website may include links to other sites, not owned or managed by Insane Logic Limited. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy of data collected by websites not managed by Insane Logic Limited.
Who we share information with
Insane Logic Limited does not rent or sell mailing details to any third party. Occasionally Insane Logic Limited works with partner organisations or companies to send you information. However, we will not simply add your name to another organisation's database.
Access to your information
You may request a copy of any personal information that Insane Logic Limited has about you (for which we may charge a small fee) and to correct any inaccuracies in that information. If you would like access to your information, please contact dataprotection@mychoicepad.com.
